Poems and Songs of Vladimir Vysotsky. My Hamlet.

Around the clock — day and night...Translated by Akbar Muhammad.

Around the clock — day and night,
If thou dostn’t defer to morality,
It will be for thee very frightful
To be in thy own society.

In all, it’s not hard to work miracles,
Just give it a try, O my dears —
Do make every twenty-four hours
The pleasant and non-tiresome hours.

I wish that your twenty-four hours
Will be in reality wondrous!
