Here comes to mind “A Lullaby” by Gabdulla Tukay (1909).

A version of this song was performed in the play of the Memorial Lenin Komsomol Theater “Extraordinary Adventures on the Volga Steamer” (1984) (“Hopkinson’s Lullaby”, 1973).
